Service Description

Pushup Tracker assigns mandatory physical activities during coding sessions. Failure to complete activities may result in increased debt.

User Obligations

You must:

• Complete all assigned pushups and activities
• Report activities honestly
• Accept all tracking and monitoring
• Allow public display of your data
• Not attempt to delete or modify your data
• Not use ad blockers or tracking blockers

Account Terms

• One account per email address
• Accounts cannot be deleted
• Lost API keys cannot be recovered
• We may suspend accounts without notice
• Account data is permanent and public

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Falsely report activity completion
• Use automated scripts to log activities
• Request data deletion
• Attempt to access other users' API keys
• Block tracking scripts

Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Physical injuries from activities
• Lost or leaked data
• Inaccurate activity tracking
• Public embarrassment from low scores
• Employer actions based on your data

You assume all risks.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against all claims arising from your use of the service, including injuries, data breaches, and privacy violations.

Termination

We may terminate your access at any time for any reason. Your data remains public after termination.
